I want to thank my friends and family for helping make this dream possible.

I never expected to have the opportunity to build something like this.

02 — The Start

I wasn't the best student growing up.

It wasn't that I couldn't do it — I just didn't see direction at the time.

After high school, I felt the pressure to figure out my path. I tried the CNA program and realized it wasn't for me. That moment forced me to think seriously about what truly mattered.

03 — The Gym

The gym had already been shaping me.

Giving me discipline, strength, structure, and brotherhood without asking for anything in return.

I knew I wanted to give back to the community that helped build me.

That's why I started HoneyFit.

04 — Service

Recently, I began volunteering at my local fire department as another way to serve and contribute.

Both the gym and the fire service have taught me resilience, responsibility, and purpose — and those values are built into this brand.
